We offer priority handling and delivery on most items for an additional charge of $15.00.
Please allow 3-5 working days for priority delivery service.

DROP SHIPPED ORDERS -
There are a few items on our site that will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. These items generally include edibles or some personalized favors.

SHIPPING CANDIES AND CHOCOLATES-
These items can only be shipped via 2 - Day or 1 - Day Shipping. For Tuesday delivery orders can only be shipped 1-Day Shipping. Please note: An additional shipping charge will be applied to all orders placed April thru October for special packaging needs due to warmer weather. In addition, we recommend selecting the cooler option any time when shipping to a warmer location. During the hot summer months it is best to ship your order to a business address if possible so they will be delivered earlier in the day. Customers are responsible to provide a shipping address and delivery date that someone will be available to receive the shipment. We will not be responsible for melted chocolates.

SHIPPING CANDLE ORDERS -
During the warm weather months of April 1 to October 1, there is a $15 additional charge, as candles must be shipped by air to prevent melting. You can either select PRIORITY DELIVERY shipping option at checkout or have the $15 added by us during processing.

ORDER PROMOTIONS - 
From time to time we may offer order promotional codes. Offer is only valid at the time of purchase and only one promotion code will be accepted per order. Promotion applies to merchandise only and does not apply to shipping, fees, taxes, or any other non-merchandise charges.

ORDER CHANGES - 
In an effort to provide the fastest possible service, no changes may be made to your order once it is in processing.  Requests for delivery changes, once a package is already in transit, will incur a $15 service fee to customer's credit card.  This fee may be incurred up to 6 weeks after delivery.

RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS -                                                                          
Our helpful customer service representatives are committed to assist you. If you require assistance with your order, please call 1-800-537- 4968 Monday - Friday,  9:00 AM - 5:00 PM  EST, or email sales@jessicaswedding.com  Requests for adjustments need to be arranged with our customer service department within 14 days of merchandise receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Once the returned merchandise is received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable). Orders that receive free shipping due to any promotions may get charged for shipping charges if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase, resulting in the total sale amount to fall below the required Free Ship rate. If you received free shipping on your purchase, and return your order, the cost of shipping incurred by Jessicas Wedding will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of your order. Appropriate shipping & handling will be charged for exchanged orders being reshipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

Please also note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized items, edibles, perishables, clearance and special order items.
